Fodens Solicitors are celebrating after being reaccredited for the Lexcel Quality Mark. Awarded by the Law Society of England and Wales, the scheme recognises excellence in legal practice management and client care.
The rigorous assessment process has been designed to make sure legal practices follow the highest codes of conduct. Once qualified, practices must undergo an annual review, with a full renewal taking place every 3 years. The award is highly respected, and this is our 10th anniversary since first joining the scheme.
“This is a very big deal for us, especially given everything that’s happened over the recent months with COVID-19,” says Sophie Yates, director of the firm. “Like all businesses, we had to quickly adapt our services to make sure we could continue to look after our clients during the pandemic.
Our Compliance Officer, Kelly Davies, keeps us all on a tight ship. It’s wonderful that her hard work has paid off, and we’re all very proud of this achievement. It means a lot to have our dedication to client care recognised.”
