Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and his practice areas include Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property. He is a Member of The Law Society and in his spare time he is involved with the North Midlands Society of Rugby Football referees.
Sophie qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and is dual qualified as a solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive. She has in excess of 15 years experience working in private client. She is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a full TEP Member.


Kelly has over 20 years experience working in residential conveyancing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Licenced Conveyancer. Kelly is also responsible for the Residential Property Department at Fodens Solicitors, acting for and overseeing transactions for a varied range of clients from first-time buyers to property developers.
Leon qualified as a solicitor in 2014. He joined the firm in January 2020 specialising in all areas of Commercial Property. He has a clear understanding of the diverse needs and demands of each individual case, offering our clients all the support they need through clear communication and expert advice.
Lousie qualified as a solicitor over 10 years ago. She works in the private client department specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate matters and estate administration. In 2022 Louise joined the team from a large regional firm, bringing with her a wealth of skills and attributes.
Rose has over 20 years of experience working in the legal profession and originally qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer back in 2002, dealing with all residential property transactions up and down the Country.
Sarah has over 20 years of experience of dealing with all aspects of residential property matters and has built strong relationships with local estate agents during this time. She prides herself on providing a personal and efficient service to her clients.
Jayne joined the firm in January 2020 and supports the conveyancing team with a focus on post completion procedures. She has over 30 years experience working in busy residential conveyancing departments.
Bobbie joined the team in 2021 as a Conveyancing Assistant, having worked in the industry for 8 years, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in Residential Property.
Aimee joined the firm in March 2018 and works as a Conveyancing Assistant in the property team. She is currently studying to become a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is looking to progress her career within the firm.
Amy currently works within the Private Client team. Amy has been with the firm right through from her Apprenticeship role and is currently undertaking her Law degree via Open University studies.
Michelle joined Fodens in 2022 starting with a role on reception whilst undertaking a business administration course.
Michelle now provides administration support to the residential conveyancing team.
Kimberley completed her Law with Business Studies (LLB Hons) in Bangor University back in 2011 and went on to have experience at local Shropshire firms in an array of property transactions. From 2015- 2017 she completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Master of Law (LLM) at Chester University of Law while working for Foden’s and commenced her training contract with us in 2018. After having a short career break to start a family, Kimberley has returned to work in our commercial property team under Leon Young. Kimberley enjoys complex property matters and ensuring our clients have a tailored service to suit their needs.
Teri joined Fodens in 2023. She assists Rose Roe in our Conveyancing Department. Teri has a First Class Honours Degree in Law which she achieved at Bangor University, she completed the LPC LLM at the University of Birmingham with a Commendation.
She has worked in the legal sector for over 10 years, a majority of which has been in residential conveyancing.
Rebecca works within our Private Client team. Rebecca holds a law degree from Oxford Brookes University and has furthered her education by studying the LLM Legal Practice Course. She is a member of the Shropshire Junior Lawyers Division, and she hopes to undertake a period of recognised training in order to be admitted as a solicitor.
Gemma is a Conveyancing Technician and has successfully completed the CLC Level 4 and 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. Gemma has worked in conveyancing since 2006 and assists Adam Opperman.
Emma is a solicitor who specialises in all aspects of Private Client with, Wills, creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration but with a particular specialism of trusts. Emma has over 6 years experience in this sector. Emma is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and working towards full TEP membership.
