Fodens Solicitors was established on the 4th January 1999.
The practice opened its first office in the medieval town of Much Wenlock where it occupies the imposing former HSBC Bank building.
Much Wenlock is the birthplace of Dr William Penny Brookes, the inspiration for the modern Olympic Movement and founder of the Wenlock Olympian Society.
In recognition of its sporting heritage, the 2012 London Olympic Games included a mascot named “Wenlock”.
In 2013 the practice expanded, opening an additional office in Lawley.
Fodens Solicitors specialise in all matters property related, from construction to property ownership, business interests and the preservation of assets, and from the recovery of monies owed to the defence of property and monetary rights and the suit of professional claims.
Our clients span a broad range, from private individuals and companies to institutional pension companies, banks and building societies, developers, national, regional and local house builders, construction companies and estate agents.
Our philosophy is simple; to provide a high quality of service coupled with a real emphasis on client care, to ensure that all work is carried out by fully qualified staff who are readily available to deal with any queries as they arise.
The feedback that we receive from our clients demonstrates our compliance to our philosophy.
All staff were so courteous and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, no matter how small the query.
