It was apparent that you have a strong service ethic. The files reviewed were well organised and managed and it was noted that client's requirements were quickly identified and actioned. You are already preparing to apply for Lexcel and Investors in People and you are committed to client care. I was very pleased to see that you have a very good complaints record and your commitment was demonstrated by your use of client satisfaction questionnaires.
